Our day consisted of breakfast at Balmoral (a very beautiful affluent spot). A brief stop @ Sydney Fish Markets (Great seeing the amazing seafood displays). Then it was off to Featherdale Wildlife Park a must if you'd like to get up close and personal with a Koala, Kangaroo etc....(maybe not the crocodiles..lol).
Blue Mountains was breath taking, Matt sure knows where to take his guests (get those cameras ready). After an awesome day it was time to experience a real Aussie BBQ. Matt's wonderful culinary skills was matched with the wines from Dryridge Winery. It was a day my Italian friend and I will never forget. :o)
Thanks again Matt, totally recommend "Sydney Prive" and I'd do it again for other oversea's visitors or interstate visitors....or just local friends loll.
