Absolutely incredible trip, Chapo was a fantastic tour guide. Highly recommend going on the tour as you get to see amazing places while being told all about the incredible place and history.
A Memorable Day in the Blue Mountain Area

It’s hard to choose our favorite activity on this memorable trip. We loved the rain forest walk and the accompanying rides. Chapo’s detailed explanations of the animals and the area during our walk added so much to our understanding of everything. Chapo is an excellent guide. In addition to being knowledgeable about the areas visited, he is funny, tells great stories, and is kind and caring about the needs of his group. We would definitely take any tour he leads. So glad we chose this particular company for our tour.

I went alone and still had a great time. Chapo was super kind and entertaining. Just did not love going to Featurdale! I felt bad for the enclosed animals.

Our tour guide was amazing (Mr. Chapman) providing awesome stories on the history of Australia. It is unbelievable how much we did in one day including gazing at the Blue Mountains, 3 Sisters, and gorgeous waterfalls, taking 3 rides at Scenic World which were a blast, and feeding kangaroos at Featherdale. Both breakfast and lunch were terrific treats and provided an additional 'taste of Australia.' I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing!
My family of four are from Melbourne and we decided to do a tour to the blue mountains,
We got so lucky and got a tour with great people on our bus from all over the world.
Our tour guide CHAPO is a tue blue Aussie that made us laugh and all have a wonderful experience.
He gave us loads of history and information and mostly inspiration.
We never were hungry the food was great too.
Thanks CHAPO for a great tour and memories to remember.

Amazing experience! 1) They let me book as a solo traveler 2) Chapo is truly a gem to the industry and provided a one-of-a-kind experience 3) Chapo arrived on time 4) The group was small (I think there were about 20 or 21 of us) 5) The meals were excellent!
This was a smaller company, more expensive than others but worth EVERY CENT. As a solo traveler, Chapo helped me feel comfortable and broke the ice with the group, and by the end of the day, we were communicating along our shared journey. I believe this is a great way to start your trip to Australia and break the ice. The accommodations were favorable and I didn't feel like I was being herded like cattle. We skipped most of the lines and Chapo handled all of us with care. It was helpful there were no divas in the group, but I am sure Chapo would have handled it with grace. An extraordinary experience with the storytelling and "emceeing" done by Mr. Chapo himself. Everything was well curated, all questions were answered and the services were top-notch. It is an early wake-up, but when you beat the crowds you will appreciate it.

We had an amazing time on our full day blue mountain tour! Our guide, Chapo, was hilarious, informative & very proud of his country! He kept us on an organized schedule and filled in spare time with stories and extra sight seeing stops at picturesque overlooks. I highly recommend booking this tour during your stay in Sydney. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You will not be disappointed!

This day was incredible but Chappo…he was bloody awesome! The activities were all so much fun but Chappo’s enthusiasm for life, his welcoming spirit and his stories just captivate you. If you are thinking about this tour…BOOK IT! You will not be sorry. This was a great way to end our Australian story… Until we meet again Mate, thanks for the memories! They are stories locked in time forever.

While the weather wasn't great for scenic views the tour driver and operator Chapo was excellent and told numerous interesting stories about the Mountains and history of Australia, the tour was well organized and on time allowing us to see as much as we needed.

The trip from the start to end was fantastic. On the trip to the Blue Mountains we stopped for a nice breakfast the. Made our way to Scenic World which was great. Cheapo - a native Blue Mountain resident was very informative. After the Scenic World tour we went to lunch which was great. The visit to Featherdale was excellent but could have been a little shorter in duration. 60-75 min would have been enough.

The tour guide’s (we had Chapo) charisma and storytelling skills were a bonus. What made the tour great for us was Chapo’s organisational skills, punctuality, logistical communication and ability to help us avoid crowds and long queues. Chapo also pays attention to the little things like getting to each destination just before the other tour buses to avoid crowds. We were always a step ahead.
Overall we felt looked after, assured and relaxed. Chapo’s customer service skills were top notch. The extra money for this tour is WELL worth it. You get all meals taken care of (and booked in advanced so you are not waiting unnecessarily), a smaller group, plus excellent customer service. Strongly recommend.
Note: we went with 3 young children aged 9, 10 and 12.
