Great day at the zoo, friendly staff to guide us at the ferry, easy to get to and from the zoo. Great experience to travel to the top of the zoo and wonder back down to the ferry. Great start to an excellent day

Family interaction, lovely surroundings a wide variety of animals, did miss the lions though.a good day had by all the family

It was a great experience as we did not have a big queue to get on the ferry and it was very quick. Loved it.
Fun day at the zoo!
Enjoyable day at the zoo! Animals are well looked after, and the zoo keepers are super knowledgeable and friendly. Views looking back at Sydney City were just amazing! Start time says 9am and to be there 20 minutes beforehand, however the office stand doesn't open until 9am. Knocked the rating down 1 star before the first ferry back was 1:40pm, and for a solo traveller this was quite late. Would have been good to have a ferry back an hour earlier. But I still had a great day!
Taronga Zoo
LOTS of construction going on. Many animals unavailable for viewing. Could be a great zoo, but we were kinda ‘underwhelmed’. On the plus side, it is a great location with spectacular views of Sydney.
