4-Hour Freediving Taster Experience at Shelly Beach, Manly

Immersia Freediving is the only freediving school in Sydney to offer this type of course. It will give you a glimpse of how AMAZING freediving feels like and allow you to explore your capabilities in a super controlled and relaxed environment.
1.5 hours in shallow water, learning and practicing freediving techniques
2 hours of theory, breathwork and meditation
Light snacks in between dives
Private transportation
- ADULT: : 18 - 100
- Face masks provided for travellers
- Gear/equipment sanitised between use
- Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Our instructors are fully certified under PADI and/or Molchanovs and certified as Emergency First Responders. We require that all guests are ab le to swim at least 200m unassisted. We will also require guests to fill out a waiver and medical history stat
- Participants will be required to fill out a medical history form. If any of the medical conditions apply to you, you must consult with a physician prior to freediving.
- Social distancing enforced throughout experience

- Experience may be cancelled due to Insufficient travelers
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was THE highlight of my Sydney experience! You guys should give it a go! It's perfect for even complete beginners. Bella is an amazing instructor. She'll make you feel super comfortable and safe in the water. Definitely worth it as freediving is a skill that will open up new adventures for you wherever you are. The best part is that you can upgrade this to a PADI certification. 100% recommended!
